"I have had State Farm for over thirty years and this location has given the worse customer service. The owner is rude and condescending. They give misinformation on rate savings and then blame their "new system" instead of taking accountability for their mistake. The offer no apologies for their misinformation and don't care about customers.
Edit to respond: I appreciate the apology however I feel that this is only because it is in a public forum. I have not received this in the emails from you and your staff in the past. Truly wanting to make changes should be initiated when the conversation starts not when it lands on a review. A regional complaint has been made and I have requested a transfer to another agent."

"Good afternoon, Lisa. First of all, let me apologize for any miscommunication or misunderstandings you've experienced at our office. It is never our intention to mislead our customers.
We have indeed moved to new systems that have changed the way discounts are applied and have largely benefited our customers, even when certain older programs are no longer available. This is a training gap on our side and we've made sure to address it.
It is understandable why you would be frustrated when you're advised how something will work and it doesn't; that is a training issue on our side that we've addressed.
Regarding any interactions that were rude and/or condescending, that is not the experience we strive to provide and a follow up conversation around the details of this would be appreciated.
Feel free to call or stop by the office anytime to provide additional feedback so we can improve.
Reply to response edit: Lisa, one of the best things we all share is an ability to choose where we we do business. Your decision to move elsewhere will hopefully yeild a better experience for you. Best of luck in your future ventures.
