"I had spent four hours on the phone with insurance agents from all different companies, giving me a hard time making me wait for ever and not being transparent. "Today I stopped by the State Farm office in of Phillip Achilles, in Meridian, and I was helped by a young woman that I believe is named Casey. I was looking for help with the tracking device used in their safe driving program. I had spent almost an hour trying to activate the first device, and I wanted help with the second device to make the job faster and easier, (for me at least). Casey spent a few minutes helping me with the State Farm app, and then came to my truck in their parking lot to activate the second device. In less than 5 minutes, she was done with the activation, and I was heading home. Casey was patient, friendly, knowledgeable and an expert at activating the safe driving tracking device. Phillip is fortunate to have such a great and personable staff!"
